Our kick off lunch has been changed to THURSDAY, July 30, 2015 at noon! After that, we hit the ground running, as the first day of the challenge is August 1st. Please note that this is a 12 week challenge, and the week STARTS ON SATURDAY. One week is Saturday through Friday, etc. Please be sure to select the correct week on the "Submit your Workouts" page so you can receive proper credit.
The guidelines for this years challenge can be found on "The Challenge" page. Please read through it and let us know if you have any questions on Friday. Results are private, but you will have the option of making them public at the end of the challenge (if you've worked hard it's your right to brag).
In order to be eligible for rewards, you'll need to submit your results for each week of the challenge. If you don't care about $rewards$ and just want to get fit, then you can skip this step. Participation is voluntary. Always consult your physician before starting an exercise plan.

4. Select the total number of session/days you had that week
5. Enter the store that you'd like your gift card from if you're entitled to a gift card that week
6. Hit "Submit"
Your results will go to the coordinator who will keep a record of your progress for purposes of giving you rewards (besides your own health and wellness)! Also, look for an email from us soon about new technical T-Shirts! Happy exercising!
