SUBMIT YOUR WORKOUT DATA
How to submit your workouts:
Select your name from the drop-down menu
Select the challenge week
Select the type of exercise (only one option can be selected).
4. Select the total number of session/days you had that week
5. Enter the store that you'd like your gift card from if you're entitled to a gift card that week
6. Hit "Submit"
Please see the Challenge rules for what qualifies as a workout.
**ONLY SUBMIT YOUR RECORDS ONCE PER WEEK**
(i.e. do not submit your records until the week is over)
